Bear Mountain via Elwell and Welton Falls Trails, near Newfound Lake, Hebron, NH. The first section of the trail is an old, unmaintained trail that is still in AllTrails. DO NOT USE. The segment starting from the power line is well-maintained. It's best to start at the Welton Falls Trail South on Valley View Road.
